The purpose of our framework is to Go Beyond Belonging. The final step asks you to answer, "So what's the point of it all?"
Words do not teach - experience does. We combine full immersion tactics, traditional teaching methods, repurposed technology, and real-world engagement with Divergent Diversity principles to deliver highly transformative behavior-shifting experiences in collaborative community culture building.
Either way, traditional Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion models are proving ineffective.
At its best, the inclusion framework is an incomplete methodology, and at its worst, it is deeply rooted in unconscious exclusionary and elitist biases.
